As a Product Experience Associate, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating our products, ensuring exceptional user experiences, and driving continuous improvement and optimization. ### Responsibilities - Participate in product testing and evaluation, identifying and reporting potential issues and areas for improvement. - Analyze user feedback and requirements, providing valuable insights and suggestions for product features and user interfaces. - Engage in user research and user experience studies to gain in-depth understanding of user needs and behaviors. - Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure high-quality products and exceptional user experiences. - Monitor market trends and competitors, offering market insights and competitive advantages. ### Requirements - Experience in product testing and evaluation, familiar with common testing methods and tools. - In-depth understanding and focus on user experience design and human-computer interaction. - Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, able to collaborate effectively with diverse team members. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of understanding user needs and providing insightful recommendations. - Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve. ### Benefits Base+Bonus (TBD) at weekly pay ### Bonus qualifications - Prior experience in fintech or digital asset fields is preferred. - Familiarity with user research methods and tools, ability to design and conduct user research projects. - Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
