KuCoin will support the Ethereum (ETH) network’s Shapella upgrade.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The Ethereum (ETH) network’s Shapella upgrade will take place at epoch 194,048, or approximately at 22:27 on April 12, 2023 (UTC).

2. Due to the Ethereum (ETH) network’s Shapella upgrade, we have decided to suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for ETH, OP, ARB and ERC-20 tokens.

3. Deposits and withdrawals for tokens via the Ethereum (ETH), Optimism (OP), and Arbitrum (ARB) networks will be suspended starting from 22:20 on April 12, 2023 (UTC). We strongly recommend not to deposit and withdraw until the upgrade is completed.

Please note:

1. The network upgrade will not affect the ETH, OP, ARB, and ERC-20 token tradings.

2. The Ethereum (ETH) network upgrade will take place at epoch 194,048. The estimated time is for users’ reference only.

3. We will not notify users in a further announcement regarding the developments on the restoration of the services.
