Market Makers Enjoy Higher Rebates Trading on BTC/USDC

From March 20, 2023 to March 31, 2023, KuCoin market makers can enjoy the following promotion when trading BTC/USDC:
The Maker fee rate for all Spot market makers trading BTC/USDC will be reduced to -0.015%.
After the adjustment, the Maker fee rate is as follows:

| S | -0.015% | -0.012% |
| A | -0.015% | -0.01% |
| B | -0.015% | -0.006% |
If there is no further announcement, the Maker fee rate of BTC/USDC will be resumed to be consistent with other trading pairs after the promotion period.
