Eligibility** Assets in contract account ≥ $100 or assets in spot account ≥ $500. Users can choose to take part in futures team competition, futures individual competition and spot individual competition, or form a team(become a team captain). Participation Market** All Trading Pairs of USDT-Margin Perpetual Contract and USDT Spot Trading Pairs (except BTC/USDT spot trading pair) **IV. Competition Prize Pool** During the event, the prize pool will be expanded based on the number of participants. The more users participating in the competition, the higher the total prize pool will be. The prize for futures team competition, futures individual competition and spot individual competition will be split 70%, 20% and 10% of the total prize pool respectively. We will rank the sequence results according to the profit of futures, profit rate of futures, trading volume of futures and trading volume of spot, and the final prize pool will be determined by the valid trading users.  **V. Competition Rules** **Competition 1: Futures Team Competition can share 70% of the total prize pool according to the ranking, up to $3,500,000 to be shared.** (a) During the competition, the teams are ranked according to the profit and trading volume respectively in participating teams. Among them, those profit rankings account for 60% of the prize pool of futures team competition, and those trading volume rankings account for 40% of the prize pool of futures team competition. The detailed rules are as follows:  Notes: 1.Team profit = the sum of all profit within the team. Users whose profit < 0 or cumulative trading volume < 5,000 USDT during the competition will not be qualified for the ranking. 2.Team trading volume = the sum of trading volume within the team. Users whose cumulative trading volume < 5,000 USDT during the competition will not be qualified for the ranking. (b) During the competition, those who get rewards of futures team competition based on the amount of profit and trading volume will be qualified to share the rewards within the team according to following rules:  **Competition 2: Futures Individual Competition can share 20% of the total prize pool according to the ranking, up to $1,000,000 to be shared.** During the competition, users who participate in the futures individual competition will be ranked according to profit rate and trading volume respectively. Among them, those who ranked by profit rate account for 50% of the prize pool of futures individual competition, and those who ranked by trading volume take the other 50%. The details are as follows:  Notes: 1.To participate in the profit rate ranking of futures individual competition, the cumulative trading volume needs to be ≥ 30,000 USDT and the profit rate > 0 during the competition. 2.To participate in the trading volume ranking of futures individual competition, the cumulative trading volume needs to be ≥ 5,000 USDT during the competition. 3.In profit rate ranking, traders need to open at least 10 valid positions (valid open position refers to position with an open and closed time gap more than 5 minutes for a single transaction). 4.Web3 users (no asset requirements) can participate in futures individual competition via the official website of the competition (Ineligible for futures team competition and spot individual competition). **Competition 3: Spot Individual Competition can share 10% of the total prize pool according to the ranking, up to $500,000 to be shared.** (a) During the competition, users who participate in the spot individual competition will be ranked according to spot trading volume. The detailed rules are as follows:  (b) During the competition, users who participate in spot individual competition can multiply their spot trading volume by a factor after completion of the tasks. The detailed rules are as follows:  Notes: 1.To participate in the spot individual competition, users' individual spot trading volume has to exceed 10,000 USDT. 2.Spot individual competitors can choose to participate in futures team competition and can win both prizes in futures and spot trading. **Competition 4: Participate in the Regional Championship Competition to win customized trophies** Teams will be divided into 8 language regions according to the region (country) where the teams are located and the language they mainly speak. The captains of the top three teams in each language region will receive customized Trophies & Certificates. Specific rules are as follows:  **Competition 5: Referral Challenge, with expanded or doubled prize** During the competition, those who invite new users to successfully register for the competition will get different types of prizes. The detailed rules are as follows:  **VI. Event Benefits** **Event 1: Get "Golden Eggs" to exchange for "Easter Eggs", and share $30,000 point.** During the competition, users will receive "Golden Eggs" after completing specific tasks as described in the table below. 3 Golden Eggs can be automatically exchanged for 1 Easter Egg. For each Easter Egg, users can get certain point from a total $30,000 point pool. The more Easter Eggs you have, the more point you will get. Specific rules are as follows:  **Event 2: $30,000 Point for Early Bird Registration** During the early bird registration: 2023-03-21 00:00 to 2023-03-23 23:59 (UTC), new futures users will receive a $50 point and existing users receive a $20 point. **Event 3: Star Captain Award, up to 5,000 USDT** When the number of star members reaches a certain scale, the team captain will receive an additional USDT reward, up to a maximum of 5,000 USDT. The details are as follows:  **Event 4: Lucky Draw, 100% Winning** During the competition, users (participating in either team or individual competitions) who successfully register for the competition will get 1 lucky draw ticket. For every 20,000 USDT increase in cumulative futures trading volume, users will get 1 additional lucky draw ticket with 100% chance of winning. Each person can get up to 11 lucky draw tickets during the competition (including 1 lucky draw ticket for successful registration). **VII. Competition Description** 1.Before the official registration ends, users still have the ticket to choose to join the futures team competition, go to form a team or join another team. 2.If the number of team members is still less than 5 before the end of the official registration, the team captain can disband the team, and team members can choose to join other teams or participate in the individual competition. If the number of team members is less than five after the end of official registration, and the team captain has not disbanded the team, the system will automatically disband the team, and the team members can join other teams by themselves within 24 hours after the disbanding. If a team member does not join another team within 24 hours after disbanding, the system will randomly assign him/her to another team. 3.The formula for calculating futures trading profit= [Final net assets of the contract account(including unrealized PnL and/or contract bonus) - initial contract account net assets (including unrealized PnL and/or contract bonus) + withdrawals of contract account - deposit of contract account] 4.The formula for calculating futures profit rate = [realized PnL during the competition (BTC/USDT perpetual + ETH/USDT perpetual) + unrealized PnL during the competition (BTC/USDT perpetual + ETH/USDT perpetual) ] / [ contract account's initial net value + net deposit of contract account during the competition] * 100% 5.For ROI ranking in the futures individual competition, the initial futures account net value + the deposit amount of the futures account during the competition ≥ 500USDT. Participation in the ROI ranking is limited to BTC/USDT perpetual and ETH/USDT perpetual trading pairs. 6.Trading volume calculation = Open position + Closed position (During the competition) 7.The winner(team and individual) must meet the requirements of futures trading volume ≥ 5,000 USDT during the competition. Early bird bonus will be issued within 5 days after the end of early bird registration. 8.For the team that has won the rewards of the team competition, the team captain will not repeatedly participate in the reward distribution among the team members when the internal rewards are distributed. Minimum 5 members and no limit for max members. 9.During the competition, once the user registers for the team competition, it cannot be changed, and the rewards of the individual competition and the team competition cannot be obtained at the same time. In the team competition, the ranking by profit and trading volume, as well as the ranking by profit rate and trading volume in the individual competition. The rewards in these two types of competitions can be obtained at the same time without affecting each other. 10.Participants can only participate in this competition with one account, and the sub-account doesn't count. KYC is needed to receive competition rewards (except for Web3 users). 11.To maintain the fairness of the competition, this competition will not be open for users of VIP11 and above as well as API traders. 12.The final prize pool is determined by the number of valid traders, the number of valid traders = the number of participants registered in the competition - the number of users who have not opened positions during the competition - the number of users determined by the risk control system as a user who violated the event rules(including but not limited to batch registration of inflated prize pools, matching transaction, self-dealing, etc.).
