To create a safer and more stable trading environment, improve the credibility and quality of merchants, along with safeguarding their rights and interests, we have issued the following instructions for fiat merchants that sell assets on the platform: 1.To start trading, select your preferred currency in the trading area, input the number of coins you want to buy or sell, choose a payment method, and hit "Buy" or "Sell". 2.Once the merchant's sell order appears successfully in the transaction area below, wait for the other party to pay after the order is matched. Check their name and payment method in the "merchant order" section and then click "Received" to confirm the release of coins after verifying payment. Be careful NOT to click "Received" if you haven't received payment. Otherwise, you will risk not being paid. ***Note that**, in some regions, payments may be delayed due to various payment methods. This means that, after the other party has made the payment, the merchant may only provide a screenshot as the transaction cannot be confirmed in real-time. The merchant then withdraws the amount after releasing the coins. If there is any delay, please double check that payment has been credited BEFORE releasing the coins!* 3.If you receive a "paid" message from the other party, but your account hasn't been credited, or if you have other questions, use the dialog box at the bottom of the order form to contact the other party and discuss the matter. 4.If you haven't received payment after selling, you can file an appeal after 2 to 10 minutes, and our customer service team will examine the issue based on your complaint and respond via the complaint section. If needed, we can provide you with the other party's contact information to assess the situation. 5.Once the transaction is completed, it is essential for the merchant to keep the transaction record and proof of payment safe in case they need to demonstrate the transaction's authenticity later on. Notice: 1.On the transaction page, you can view the merchant's pending orders, check the volume and quantity of the orders, and select the most appropriate merchant for your transaction. 2.Buyers and sellers must adhere to the principles of honesty and credibility by making timely payment transfers and promptly confirming receipt. This helps nurture a healthy trading environment. 3.Our platform has secure credit methods for buyers and sellers. Failure to make timely payments or confirm receipt will result in a higher number of arbitration applications, and fraudulent transactions which may result in lower credit ratings and restrictions in future trading of the related account.
