[//]:content-type-MARKDOWN-DONOT-DELETE  [Gate Charity](https://www.gate.io/charity "Gate Charity"), a global non-profit philanthropic organization, has recently collaborated with Coinmap, a platform that organizes trading courses for companies and individuals in Vietnam. Through this partnership and fundraiser, Gate Charity has raised money for charitable causes. From 4 to 5 January 2023, the Gate Charity team and Coinmap team visited and made donations to children in mountainous areas and ethnic minorities in Vietnam across four locations. [Gate Charity](https://www.gate.io/charity "Gate Charity") is dedicated to improving the lives of children in need. One of the main goals of this collaboration is to support the livelihood and education of children in Vietnam. To achieve this goal, Gate Charity and Coinmap have organized a series of courses to educate people on crypto trading techniques and tools with an ultimate purpose of charitable giving. This has raised more than US $18,000 with over 700 participants registering for this charitable trading course. With the funds raised, the Gate Charity team and Coinmap team visited 4 locations in Vietnam. At each location, packs of food, clothes, and 40 packs of scholarships were donated to the children there. ###About Coinmap Charity and Heatmap Trading Course Coinmap Charity is a volunteer project of Coinmap that holds the aim of spreading basic knowledge of trading to investors. They also work closely with businesses to show their social responsibility in contributing to the community. The course "Heatmap For The Community" is the first and only course in Vietnam that imparts basic knowledge of Heatmap in a systematic manner.
