The upgrade will take about 30 minutes and partial service of spot trading will be unavailable during the process. We expect there will be trading interruption (less than 1 second) and query interruption (less than 1 second). If you are an affected trader and API user, please adjust your strategies beforehand. **Affected services:** All spot WebSocket v4 **Major Changes:** Added support for compression extension for WebSocket Per-Message Deflate（https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7692） on the server end. Messages from our servers will be compressed by default. As the compression extension standard is widely supported in top WebSocket libraries, the server and client will negotiate the compression parameters and enable compression on the client side by default without any particular changes on client end. However, you can test locally first by connecting the current WebSocket libraries with a local server with the compression enabled.
