[//]:content-type-MARKDOWN-DONOT-DELETE  As a recently founded non-profit, Gate Charity has begun launching relatively small but impactful charitable initiatives worldwide. These actions, aimed at supporting often unheard groups and communities, have directly impacted those in need regardless of borders. One of these small groups is the Aeta people, a collective of indigenous peoples located in the Philippines. With a population of around 50,000, the Aeta are a minority group that often live in disadvantaged communities due to their home region being prone to natural disasters. Specifically, the 1991 Mount Pinatubo eruption destroyed many Aeta communities and rendered the local drinking water undrinkable. The eruption left them no option but to resettle and rebuild their communities from scratch. Recently, Gate Charity visited an Aeta community located in Capas, Philippines. The community received 50 food and clothing packages from Gate Charity volunteers. Additionally, the volunteers organized entertaining holiday-themed activities for children in the community.  We are excited to announce this charity initiative. As just our third initiative so far (following the ones in Turkey and Vietnam), we look forward to what lies ahead and the impact we can generate.
