MM Trial Period Application:
1. Users who have not met the Market Maker (MM) fee tier requirement but the last 30-day trading volumes on Gate.io is more than USD50,000,000 can apply for a 30-day trial period, where the users can enjoy MM1 negative maker fee on USDT-M perpetual futures during this period.
2. If you are a user on another exchange, you can apply for a 30-day MM+1 tier and VIP+1 tier trial period based on your last 30-day trading volume.

Futures Market Maker Program and Competition Rewards

From the first day till the end of each month, Gate.io will assess the users' futures maker volumes market shares, and the quoting performance on specific futures trading pairs. The following rewards will be given based on the monthly futures maker volumes market share or the quoting ranking:

1. MM Tier Reward: Lower Negative Maker Fee in USDT-M Perpetual Futures

(1) Monthly futures maker volumes market share assessment:
Users whose futures maker volumes market share is higher than the minimum maker volume target will be uniformly adjusted to a negative maker fee at the beginning of the following month.
(2) Monthly futures maker quoting ranking competition:
Users whose ranking is in the top 75% of the month will be uniformly adjusted to a negative maker fee rebate not lower than the MM1 fee tier at the beginning of the following month.

Notes：
- Gate.io has launched the 0 fees campaign for Spot, Futures, and ETF Trading:
Except for USDT-M perpetual futures, Gate.io's futures markets are unified with zero trading fees on the platform (both maker and taker can enjoy zero fees).
Therefore, the negative maker fee in the futures market is applicable to USDT-M perpetual futures only.
- The term sheet and the list of quoting trading pairs of the Market Maker Program will be sent to you by the end of each quarter.
- Users who have participated in the monthly futures maker volume market share assessment on Gate.io can also participate in the monthly futures quoting ranking competition. By the end of each month, the system will take the best result from the assessments and reward the best MM fee tier.

2. Enjoy The Uniformed Lowest Negative Maker Fee when trading in the Active Trading Pairs in USDT-M Perpetual Futures
Gate.io's MM fee tier users who trade the top 10 active trading pairs in USDT-M perpetual futures can enjoy the uniformed lowest negative maker fee, regardless of the MM fee tiers.

Note: The top 10 active trading pairs in USDT-M perpetual futures will be sent to you by the end of each quarter.

3. Best Futures Market-Maker Of The Quarter
Exclusive honorary certificates and personalized trophies will be issued to the top 10 futures market makers in quarterly quoting scores.
Gate.io will announce the results of the quarterly futures "The Best Futures Market Maker" selection on the network (market makers can opt-in for public disclosure).

4. $2,000,000 Monthly Prize Pool and VIP+1 Benefits
(1) The competition includes a Progress Award for each participating user whose USDT-M perpetual futures' trading volume of the current month net increases by 30% compared to the 30 days before the competition (the previous month) and reaches the corresponding target trading volume below.

For example: Jack's USDT-M perpetual futures' trading volume in September was USD240,000,000. If Jack's USDT-M perpetual futures' trading volume reached USD440,000,000 (a net increase of more than 30%), he would receive a USD5,000 reward. If he reached USD800,000,000, he would receive a USD10,000 reward.

(2） Users who receive progress awards in the month can receive VIP+1 30-day benefits according to their latest corresponding VIP level in the following month.

Notes:
- The maximum VIP+1 tier for this Progress Award is VIP16.
- Net increase in USDT-M Perpetual Futures trading volume for the month refers to the increase in USDT-M perpetual futures' trading volumes of users for the month exceeding the increase in the total USDT-M perpetual futures' trading volumes of Gate.io for the same period.
- This prize pool is not shared with the futures taker competition rebate rewards. You will not receive the progress award if you have received the future taker competition rebate reward in the current month.
- The trading volume generated by all zero-fee trading pairs will not be included in the 30-day trading volume assessment for this Progress Award.

5. Monthly 0% Interest-Free Line of Credit
(1) Users who rank in the top 10% of monthly futures quoting ranking and have a net increase of 30% or more in USDT-M perpetual futures' trading volume for the month compared to the preceding month, will receive up to a $5,000,000 interest-free line of credit for spot trading.
(2) Users who rank in the top 50% of monthly futures quoting ranking will receive up to a $5,000,000 line of credit for spot trading.

Note: The line of credit can only be used in spot trading.

1. Each user requires to register once to participate in this quarter's monthly futures market maker program. Users are required to register again for the next quarter's market maker program. Registration in the current month's competition can participate in the current month's ranking.
