This comprehensive program, spanning over three months, is designed to empower ten talented university students by offering them a $300 monthly stipend and unparalleled opportunities for community engagement, content creation, and offline events.  ### Objectives: The **Gate Changemakers Council** aims to achieve the following objectives: 1. Talent Identification: Identify and nurture potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) among university students with a genuine interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies. 2. Educational Empowerment: Provide participants with educational resources to deepen their understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in the crypto industry. 3. Community Building: Encourage active engagement with the Gate community through content creation across various platforms. 4. On-Campus Activation: Organize quarterly offline events on university campuses to enhance awareness and foster a sense of community. 5. User Onboarding: Actively promote the onboarding of new users, KOLs, and future traders to the Gate.io platform. 6. Recognition and Advancement: Recognize outstanding participants by selecting three individuals as official Gate.io KOLs, further contributing to their professional development. ### Program Components: The **Gate Changemakers Council** comprises the following components: 1. **Content Creation:** Participants are required to produce four pieces of content monthly, including two focusing on Gate.io and two related to crypto industry trends. 2. **Offline Events:** Collaborative offline events will be held on university campuses to facilitate crypto conversations. 3. **Opening and Closing Class Parties:** Special events will mark the beginning and end of the program, with the closing ceremony announcing the selection of official Gate.io KOLs. 4. **Monthly Mentor Program:** Participants will benefit from mentorship sessions with industry experts. ### Biweekly Curriculum: The curriculum is structured into two quarters, focusing on foundational knowledge and practical skills development. ### Selection Criteria: Participants will be chosen based on their passion for the crypto space, communication skills, creativity, active social media presence, leadership qualities, and event organization skills. ### Timeline: Application Period: February 21 to February 25 Participant selection:February 25 Interviews: February 26 to February 27 10 students selection: February 28.
