[//]:content-type-MARKDOWN-DONOT-DELETE  Access to education, especially for children, is essential to one's ability to reach their full potential. Unfortunately, not everyone can receive quality education due to poverty and other circumstances. On January 18, 2024, as part of Gate Charity's mission to support children's access to education, Gate Charity volunteers donated uniforms and other school supplies to preschool students supported by the Yabe Lale Foundation.  Founded by Hayati "Ica" Hairunnisa in 2009, Yabe Lale provides refuge and education for orphaned and disadvantaged children in Indonesia, with the goal of steering them away from street drugs, dropping out of school, and domestic violence.   Through her own efforts, Ica managed to fund children's education using her own money and fundraising efforts, eventually convincing the government to build a dedicated school. The school currently serves children coming from underprivileged families and other adverse circumstances, with some of the teachers sourced through Ica's friends and other connections.   Gate Charity volunteers delivered uniforms and stationery supplies to 35 preschool students. Along with the donations, the volunteers visited the school to learn about Yabe Lale's charitable work and to form connections with the young students.  Inspired by Ica's dedication and community-driven initiative, Gate Charity has launched the School Uniforms Funding Program to fundraise for the students.
