This impactful initiative aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the local residents and school children.  Ummeed NGO, a certified organization focusing on green plantations, health awareness, pollution control, and education, partnered with Gate Charity to make a difference in India Doda's underserved communities.  The HealthPlus Outreach campaign focused on addressing prevalent health issues in the region and creating lasting change in the community's healthcare landscape. It executed its plan in two phases: ** Phase 1 (Preparation): **Collaborating with healthcare professionals, securing resources, and identifying suitable locations for medical checkup camps. **Phase 2 (Implementation): **Setting up medical checkup camps in accessible community locations, where two doctors conducted free health screenings, consultations, and provided essential medicines and nutritional supplements based on individual health needs. This phase aimed to address the most pressing health concerns of residents.  The campaign's goal was not only to provide immediate assistance but also to create a sustainable impact by raising health awareness and ensuring ongoing community support. Local authorities, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders collaborated to ensure the program's long-term sustainability and expansion.  Gate Charity's Community Manager shared inspiring stories from previous charitable events in India, emphasizing the organization's dedication to making a positive difference.
