Go to the homepage and select Onchain Deposit.** First, select "Wallet" from the top right of the homepage, and then select "Funds Management", and then "Onchain" under "Deposit".  **2. Get the deposit address.** When searching for a cryptocurrency to deposit, be sure to select the "BRC-20" network to obtain the correct deposit address of the corresponding token.  **3. How to confirm that the transaction was successfully accepted on the blockchain** You can confirm the transaction by entering the TXID into a block explorer. If you do not see the wallet balance change immediately, please obtain the transfer transaction hash ID (TXID), which is typically displayed as a record in your wallet app or exchange platform. If you cannot obtain it, please get in touch with the customer service of the withdrawal initiator for consultation.
