Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token swap of the STEPWATCH token to the SPRINT token. We will complete the STEPWATCH to the SPRINT token swap automatically for STEPWATCH holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1.The deposit and withdrawal service for STEPWATCH will remain closed.

2. KuCoin Trading Bot will automatically stop the running bots of STEPWATCH/USDT at 06:45:00 on August 30, 2023 (UTC), including Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, Martingale, DCA, and Smart Rebalance.

3.KuCoin will close the trading service for the STEPWATCH/USDT trading pair at 07:00:00 on August 30, 2023 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of STEPWATCH as soon as possible.

4.To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ STEPWATCH assets at 10:00:00 on August 30, 2023 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the STEPWATCH to the SPRINT at a ratio of 1:1 (1 STEPWATCH = 1 SPRINT).

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 2400 STEPWATCH;

2. The snapshots will include STEPWATCH balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account).

3. STEPWATCH tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your STEPWATCH balance.

4. After the swap is completed, the STEPWATCH token will no longer be supported on KuCoin.
