KuCoin Trading Bot will migrate and merge the existing low-frequency and high-frequency systems from July to August. The overall process is as follows:

Upgrade Schedule:

This update will be rolled out in batches based on user UID, and only affected customers will be impacted:

First batch update: 2024-07-15 0:00 to 2024-07-22 0:00 (UTC)

Second batch update: To be determined

Impact During Upgrade:

During the upgrade process: your running spot trading bot orders may be cancelled. At the same time, if you are creating a spot trading bot during the upgrade process, the order may fail after the bot is started.

After the upgrade is completed, the bot will automatically re-place orders, and the bot will continue to run normally.

Once the upgrade is complete, your spot trading bot trade latency will be reduced and system stability will be significantly improved.

Trading bots affected by the upgrade: Spot Grid, Infinite Grid, Spot Martingale, DCA, Smart Rebalance, AI Spot Trend and Spot Grid AI Plus.

The upgrade process will only take a few seconds. You do not need to manually shut down the bot or perform any other operations before or during the upgrade. Your trading bot will automatically re-place orders and run normally after the upgrade is completed.
